Holiday house Kienhofer

Our cosy farmhouse was built in 1723 and rebuilt and renovated in 2010. It lies very quietly at the end of the Pretschgraben valley, our farm is only 200 meters away.

On the ground floor there is a large anteroom, a kitchen, a living room, a bathroom and a separate toilet. In the well-equipped kitchen there is an electric stove, a dishwasher and a fridge with freezer compartments. On the first floor there are a 2-bed room, a 3-bed room and also a large anteroom.

You can use a coffee machine, microwave, mixer, cooking utensils, cutlery, glasses, salt, sugar and basic spices.

The house is heated with a piece wood heating, underfloor heating and radiator, also the warm water is heated with it.

Activities:

The popular activities in the vicinity include cycling, tennis, bowling, swimming and hiking. All the activities are just 1 km away from the Gruber-Erdmann holiday apartment. You can get to the Teichalm skiing area in approx. 20 minutes. You can reach the Bärenschütz Gorge after a 5-minute drive.
