Our hiking and walking trails also invite you to go running or Nordic walking. In almost all communities, marked trails await athletes who want to experience the nature preserve this way.
Nordic Walking
Kathrein/Offenegg
- Kirchen-Rundwanderweg directly in St. Kathrein (approx. 2 km)
- Loop trail from the village square to Gasthof Braunhof (approx. 4 km) or directly on to Gschaid (approx. 8 km)
- Loop trail St. Kathrein - Brandlucken via Schönes Kreuz, Koarlsplatz or Karl Schwaiger Weg (all approx. 12 km)
Breitenau/Hochlantsch
- St. Jakob town centre - Gasthof Hofbauer - Alois Schwach-Siedlung, approx. 2.4 km
