Stoakoglhütte

The approx. 250 year old mountain hut is 1,346 metres above sea level, right on the Almenland panoramic road. It has approx. 40 seats with a large outdoor dining area. The Stoakoglhütte is open all year round.

Special events, for example evenings with songs from the mountain pastures, attract a number of visitors. In the winter, the Stoakoglhütte is the starting point for the romantic full moon snowshoe walks.

Alpine breakfast - a special kind of breakfast
Take a seat on the sun terrace at an altitude of 1,372 metres and breathe in the fresh air of the young day. Surrounded by our  "Almos " and accompanied by gentle cowbell ringing, start your day at the Stoakoglhütte! A hearty alpine breakfast with crispy fried bacon and fried eggs in the pawn, rolls and oven bread, alpine butter and dandelion honey, fruit juices and a large cup of coffee  will strengthen you before or after a hike.
