This cosy cottage with modern furnishings features a quiet and idyllic location. It is an ideal place to unwind and get away from the everyday. Extensively renovated in 2018, it is perfect for 2 persons with a size of approximately 30 m².

Large living room and bedroom, fully equipped kitchenette, separate shower, extra WC and vestibule.

Watch the sun rise over a cup of coffee in the morning and enjoy the sunset in the evening, relaxing on the large terrace in front of the house with a glass of wine. Bed linens, towels, dishcloths and cleaning supplies are provided during your stay. There is a roofed parking space for your car. Please make advance arrangements if you want to bring any pets.

Numerous walking and hiking trails await you in and around the Almenland. The Sulamith Garten or Edelbrennerei Graf for example are only a short distance away. Culinary delights abound as well, with Almenland fish from the Karlwirt, excellent steak from Stefan Eder – winner of chef’s hats – or sweet temptations from Eveline Wild – there is something for everyone. Golfers also get their due at the Almenland golf course just 12 minutes away. You can reach the district capital of Weiz in 15 minutes and the capital city of Graz in 60 minutes.
