Five varieties of sterz are served from the open fire. Traditional mushroom and cream soups from the cauldron are also available.
There are also barbecue specialities from the Holdahütt’n, as well as a big lottery and a stall selling gingerbread hearts. The children can let off steam on the bouncy castle, and there is a whistle stall and wine tasting for the adults.
